Return policy

3.1. Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

3.2. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
  • Please include the Return Authorization Number with your return shipment.

3.3. Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

3.4. Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

3.5. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made, clearance, or sale items are not eligible for return.

3.6. Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
